This Refund Policy applies to all photography services provided by CA Focus Frame. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All bookings may require a deposit to secure the date and time of your session. Deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to reserve your slot and cover initial preparation. The remaining balance must be paid as agreed at the time of booking.

If you choose to cancel your booking, payments made are generally non-refundable. However, at our discretion, we may offer the option to reschedule your session depending on availability and the amount of notice provided. Requests to reschedule should be made as early as possible.

If CA Focus Frame is unable to carry out the booking due to circumstances such as illness, emergency, or other unforeseen events, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule your session to a later date.

Refunds will not be provided based on personal preference, including dissatisfaction with poses, expressions, or artistic style, as you acknowledge and accept our style when booking. We always aim to deliver high-quality work consistent with our portfolio.

In the unlikely event of a serious issue that prevents delivery of your images, such as equipment failure or data loss, liability is limited to a full or partial refund depending on the situation.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under applicable laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
