These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography services provided by CA Focus Frame. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms.

A booking is confirmed once a deposit (if required) has been paid or written confirmation has been received. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date, typically before or on the day of the session. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must provide as much notice as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable, and rescheduling is offered at our discretion. In the event that CA Focus Frame must cancel due to circumstances such as illness or emergency, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

By booking, you acknowledge that you are familiar with our photography and editing style. Final images are selected and edited at our discretion, and unedited or raw images are not provided unless agreed in advance. Delivery times will be discussed at the time of booking but may vary depending on workload.

CA Focus Frame reserves the right to use any images taken for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your images to be used publicly, you must request this before or shortly after your session. We will respect such requests and remove images where reasonably possible.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time, providing accurate information, and ensuring that any required permissions for locations are obtained. We are not responsible for missed shots due to lateness, lack of cooperation, or restrictions at venues.

All images remain the copyright of CA Focus Frame. Clients are granted a personal-use licence, allowing them to share images on social media and print them for personal use. Images may not be sold, edited, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.

While every effort is made to provide a high-quality service, CA Focus Frame is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as weather, illness, or equipment failure. In the unlikely event that services cannot be delivered, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the UK GDPR.

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, you should contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time, and the latest version will apply to all new bookings.
